Join us at Detroit Public Library for an intimate and nourishing afternoon with author and wellness writer Tara Pringle Jefferson, celebrating her powerful book Bloom How You Must—a love letter to Black women and the radical, ancestral practice of caring for ourselves and one another. In conversation with Alandra Chuney Jackson, founder of The Sisters’ Couch, a mental health and wellness collective dedicated to reimagining how Black women experience healing, rest, and community care.
