As the founder of The Self-Care Suite, Tara Pringle Jefferson is a nationally recognized wellness workshop leader, dedicated to uncovering our origins of self-care to make present day rituals long-lasting and sustainable. 


Her forthcoming book, BLOOM HOW YOU MUST (HarperCollins/Amistad), explores these self-care roots and puts readers on the path to new practices and routines that build off our historical foundation. 

Since 2015, she has produced both in-person and online events and workshops for members of her multicultural, intergenerational community of women affectionately known as SuiteHearts.

In addition, she has traveled across the country speaking on college campuses, at conferences and retreats, delivering workshops on self-care and stress reduction.
